Since I started learning about food, healthy food, about being vegan, I started to appreciate the benefits that vegetables, fruits, seeds, plants, chicken, legumes , natural spices, cooking at home provide to the body. All that knowledge took me time to feel it not only in my brain but in my being, my body. I still like sweets and some fast food, but I would not change how I feel after eating at home, I still feel full but I know my stomage appreciate the good food.
