Empathy
If you manage to enter a field that you know well and that at the same time interests the other person, that's half the battle. And if, in turn, people see that you also care about their well-being and what interests them, it will be much easier for you to establish an understanding. It is for this reason that all dialogues and meetings will be more fluid and personal.
