The perception levels of in-house employees towards new joiners is completely different from factual bases. They:
1.Believe Jealousy as an asset,
2.Have peer to peer competition levels,
3.Cultivate Intolerance and Ignorance as an attitude.
4.Have Trusting over Favoured luck with 'data trafficking and storytelling' on a timely basis.Which is Untimely and Unnecessary speaking,making it a communication jargon at work place.
5.Think of Perseverance being indebt with all intentions.They're over dependent on management yet have No acknowledgement to the seniors.Leading to demolished fraternity Attrition.
