My point is you have to feel this responsibility, not only will it shape you into a better person overall, it will teach you about leadership and how to manage emotions such as stress.

Let's say however, you make a bad decision that impacts you or those around you negatively, mistakes happen and they're apart of life but the key is learning, adapting and moving forward.

The Message

The Message

At the end of the day, it's important to not be so hard on yourself, going back to the quote we can't sit back and be passive, if you see an opportunity, take it. If it doesn't go well then so what? You try again.

The main message is to get up and ...

Regrets and Responsibility

Only the regrettable can teach you something. It can show you where your narratives went wrong and where you are not taking up responsibility for your life and your pain.
The good side of regret guides us to a better understanding of ourselves and a place of acceptance and growth.

WILLINGNESS TO ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY

The successful leader must be willing to assume responsibility for the mistakes and the shortcomings of his followers. If he tries to shift this responsibility, he will not remain the leader. If one of his followers makes a mistake, and shows himself incompetent, the leader must consider that it ...

Responsibility as a life value

It means owning your actions, mistakes, and current life situation.

Understand what’s in your control, and fully own it. If you don't like something, you have the power to change it. What others do is not your concern, nor your responsibility.
