Are Clouds In Sync With The River Flow?

Synchronicity: occurrence of events which appear significantly related but have no discernible causal connection.

While recording a timelapse of clouds & the river, I found this unusual sync between the movement of clouds & the river water. This sync made me think of synchronicity of events happening at different layers on earth, & how beautiful it is to see synchronous things in motion.

Although there is a significant difference between elements in sync & synchronicity, I'd like to ponder & question on: "Why every experience of synchronicity leaves us so surpiri?"
