 In the long run, we must learn to take risks if we truly want to learn to trust. People cannot hide anything for too long if it's who they are, be it a good habit or a bad one, if it's who they are no matter how they try to shield it, it would always surface. 

Therefore, working with facts means that, we see credible evidence against or for people before we conclude if they merit anything or they do not.
