Interestingly I had a conversation with my husband the other day 

He said that competition for EV (electric vehicles) is getting fiercer with more car brands trying to compete for market share. 

But then I countered:

Maybe that's what Elon wants 🔥

His objective is to: 

🌟Save the world; make it heal with less pollution

- Why would he be worried about competition? In fact the more the merrier!!!  

And if all else fails there's always his rocket to Mars 🎈

So when everyone tot he was making EV 

He's making something else. That's genius 

It's quite alot of win win. 

It sounds counter intuitive but do let that shit (that just hit you) sink in. Savour it if you must so you digest and remember this 'shitty' lesson.
