I am a college student right now and something that has worked out for me in the 6 months has been the introduction of vitamins into my life. They help me focus, memory, and overall physique.
I just take a small 5ml package every morning and it has been a huge help, especially during exam season.
It is just you could give some thought about. Though it is not something that is cheap if you can try it.
