As you all know, some suggest that late night can really help you to study longer period of time or some suggest that early morning with fresh mind helps you gain more knowledge of your content. I'm agree with both the statement but but but the problem is that late night can ruin first of all your sleep and second you start to feel anxiety, stress or something weird like that. It is scientifically proven that studying or doing work in morning can really helps you to gain more knowledge as mentioned above.
