No. I'm NOT 100% fearless.
We don't have to be. Fear is protective and we need this too. 😌
So here's how it works for me:
Anytime I needed courage, mentally I start thinking through processes in baby steps. 🪜
Eg Like research, focus groups, switching on awareness so that I start paying more attention.
It's like guiding yourself step by step. And then into action.
☝️Most importantly give yourself time.
