What are Immigration Bonds?
Immigration bonds, also known as detention bonds, are similar to traditional bail bonds in that they allow individuals to be released from custody while their case is pending. However, immigration bonds are set by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and are administered by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency.
