1. The individual or their attorney contacts ICE to request a bond hearing.

2. ICE will determine the amount of the bond and set conditions for release, such as electronic monitoring or reporting to a specific location.

3. The individual or a cosigner must then pay the bond amount to the ICE office.

4. The individual will be released from custody and must comply with the conditions of release.

5. The individual must attend all immigration hearings and comply with any other requirements set by ICE.
