- I’ve discovered that if you’re stressed out, and you can slowly start clenching the various muscle groups in your body starting from the bottom, I like to work from the feet, clenching them like you’re making this out of your hands only with your feet, it’s hard as you can on an eaten breath, counting into account of one 1000 ,all the way up to six 1000, holding for account of six and releasing the feet on exhale 6count.
