Most of us today are bind to feel false emotions. Emotions are typically the outcomes of our actions, if you complete your homework on time it will give you happiness and motivation to the same in future also.

But as the rise of Social Media, this emotional rush creates addiction for specific works. The randomness in the social media very silently motivates our unconscious mind to scroll just one more reel , and makes us waste hours without actually realising the time we spent.

The problem of these small addiction is that it creates an impact on the future plans by giving us some dopamine.
