So, yeah, what did I do to change:
First off remove everything. Every damn task that doesn't matter at this point in life and you can do without it. Keep your daily goals minimal.
Use productivity apps. Can't stress on this point enough. Apps like (not sponsored. Hope they were. Anyway,) Notion, Todoist, Timers on social media have as if grabbed hold of me (was swinging on a thin rope) and put me in a cozy cabin. And told me to just get the thing done and that they'll do the rest.
Wake up early. That's it. No lecture on this.
