One of the crucial step of 3 of them is first you get the realization, if you realized something really  well like an old geezer then your 90% of things towards on that obstacle or thing  will be done. but like most of the other people me get realize fast but forget fast enough because everything is running fast in outside of world. 

So whenever you realized something which feels like yeah if i do that i can achieve this or this or that then note down & get to the second step as soon as possible.
