Dealing with Guilt - Deepstash

Dealing with Guilt

If it is something you did in the past, chances are that you can't change it, and it is not a problem that requires a solution. You should just let go. Forgive yourself and promise to never do it again.

If you wronged somebody else, a smart approach would be to apologize. Tell them that you are sorry and that it will never happen again.

Stop worrying about what happened in the past. There's an Ethiopian saying that goes, "You don't build a house for a winter that is over." It's gone; move on.
