If you realise that you are the problem then you can change yourself, learn something, and grow wiser. Most people want everyone else in the world to change but themselves. Let me tell you, it's easier to change yourself than everyone else.

Make a list of things you need to do and do the one you don't want to do first. Then give yourself a little reward for doing it (a piece of candy, a few minutes on social media, etc). 

Then do something on your list that you want to do and continue alternating from there. 

When things seem to go bad, realize that there are always other options. And then assert exactly what you want for yourself.

Assert it to yourself, the people who support you, and the world. This is the first step in creating a life you’ll feel passionate about.
