Self-care isn’t about pampering yourself with luxurious spa days or expensive shopping sprees (although those can be nice sometimes!). It’s about taking care of your basic needs. Eating right, getting enough sleep, staying hydrated, exercising regularly – these are all aspects of self-care.

But it’s also about setting boundaries and learning to say no. This was a big one for me. I started to recognize that saying yes to everyone was actually saying no to myself.
