Solitude is dangerous. It’s very addictive. It becomes a habit after you realize how calm and peaceful it is. It’s like you don’t want to deal with people anymore because they drain your energy.

You convert what you think about all day prolonged. It produces no sense to worry about past mistakes or misunderstandings unless you want to undergo them for the second time.

3. Never worry about past events

Norman Cousins once remarked that “The Tragedy of life is not death, but what we let die inside of us while we breathe.” Too many people spend more time focusing on weaknesses rather than developing their strengths. If you set goals, the action you take will be based on your life’s mission rather than your day-to-day mood.Are you using the best within you to its fullest capacity? Listen carefully while conserving. If you are not listening, you are not learning.Robin Sharma’s tips for better conservation- ● When you say something and the person in front doesn’t respond for 60sec, it is better to quit.● Concentrate more on what the person is talking about rather than speaking.● Take some time to reply once the person finishes saying.● Take time before keeping your opinion.
