You need to observe and absorb the rules and principles of your domain, and practice them until you gain fluency and proficiency. You also need to develop auxiliary skills, such as social intelligence, emotional intelligence, and creativity, that will help you navigate the challenges and opportunities of your career. You should be humble, curious, and open-minded, and seek feedback and guidance from mentors and peers.
