Casey couldn't keep up swimming with a sea turtle, because it was using waves to its advantage, and anytime a wave would come at turtle, it barely floated; however when a wave came from behind, it would paddle faster to use the power of the wave.
The moral of the story is that everyday we are faced with incoming waves made up of different activities and people who take away out energy, attention and time, meanwhile outcoming waves are things that are in tune with our purpose of existing, and make us feel fulfilled. So be more conscious and selective about what you choose to do everyday.
