PERCEIVE AT LAST THAT THERE IS WITHIN YOU SOMETHING SUPERIOR AND MORE DIVINE THAN THAT WHICH RAISES PASSIONS AND MOVES YOU LIKE A MERE PUPPET,Do not let the chaos outside control U.

Does it make me happy or does it cause me stress? Keep asking yourself this daily ..Cut out the noise and focus on what truly matters to you. **

If fate has dealt you a less than perfect hand, you must not allow yourself to despair. You must play the cards you have been given and strive to make the most of them. Just focus on what you can control.

WE GET CAUGHT IN A GRIP OF PANIC, IMAGINING THE WORST CASE SCENARIOS. THE ROOT OF FEAR IS THE UNKNOWN. TO TAME IT , INSPECT IT WITH REASON. IS YOUR FEAR REAL? OR IS IT A FIGMENT OF YOUR IMAGINATION. WE MUST LEARN TO LET GO OF WHAT WE CAN’T CONTROL -
