PAUSE BEFORE DIVING HEADLONG INTO ANY ACTIVITY AND CONSIDER IF IT WILL TRULY BENEFIT YOU . DOES IT BRING YOU CLOSER TO YOUR GOALS?

We are adrift in a sea of impressions, tossed and thrown, not daring to question the forces that pull us around. Puppets at the mercy of those who pull. Work on becoming the maestro of your own mind. PERCEIVE AT LAST THAT THERE IS WITHIN YOU SOMETHING SUPERIOR AND MORE DIVINE THAN THAT WHICH RAISES PASSIONS AND MOVES YOU LIKE A MERE PUPPET,Do not let the chaos outside control U.

Does it make me happy or does it cause me stress? Keep asking yourself this daily ..Cut out the noise and focus on what truly matters to you. **

If fate has dealt you a less than perfect hand, you must not allow yourself to despair. You must play the cards you have been given and strive to make the most of them. Just focus on what you can control.

WE GET TOO CAUGHT UP IN OUR IMAGINED WORLDS. THE THINGS THAT SHAKE US ARE MOSTLY FROM OUR IMAGINATION, THE MORE WE LINGER IN THESE IMAGINED WORLDS THE STRONGER OUR FEARS BECOME. WE GET CAUGHT IN A GRIP OF PANIC, IMAGINING THE WORST CASE SCENARIOS. THE ROOT OF FEAR IS THE UNKNOWN. TO TAME IT , INSPECT IT WITH REASON. IS YOUR FEAR REAL? OR IS IT A FIGMENT OF YOUR IMAGINATION. WE MUST LEARN TO LET GO OF WHAT WE CAN’T CONTROL -
