We are taught that failure is horrible, and you should avoid it at all costs. But this is wrong! It’s not bad at all; it’s one of the ingredients to success.

Nobody enjoys failing. Fear of failure can be so strong that avoiding failure eclipses the motivation to succeed. Insecurity about doing things incorrectly causes many people to unconsciously sabotage their chances for success.
