The final part of my morning routine is writing Morning Pages—a journal entry in my phone’s Notes app. I’ve experimented with various journaling apps but found that the simplicity of the Notes app works best for me.
In these entries, I jot down my thoughts, goals for the day, feelings, and reflections on the previous day. This practice helps me declutter my mind and express my emotions in a healthy way.
