Nero, whose full name was Nero Claudius Caesar Augustus Germanicus (because Romans loved long names, apparently), was the fifth Roman emperor, reigning from 54 to 68 AD. He’s most famous for two things: fiddling while Rome burned (though historians say this might be a bit of an exaggeration, or maybe he was just really into the acoustics of the flames) and being a bit of a drama queen.
