That I can cook "Pinangat". This is how I did it:

1 cup water

6 pcs. calamansi

6 to 8 pcs. Ripe tomatoes slice pahaba

1 medium red onion slice pahaba

1 thumb size ginger strip

4 pieces sili panigang(green long peppers)

4 tsp fish sauce

3/4 tsp. Salt

Dash of ground pepper

Pinch of sugar

Arrange half of the slices of onions, tomatoes, ginger in the base of the pan.

Put the fish on top of the ingredient.

Put Onions and tomatoes on the top of fish

Put salt, ground pepper, fish sauce.

Simmer for 2 to 5 min. At medium heat.

Put calamansi extract

Put the peppers

Put the sugar to taste

Simmer 2 to 3 min.
