On February 6th, Doncic picked up where he left off, picking up another triple double against the Charlotte Hornets, making him the youngest to record 3 triple doubles in NBA history. Luka went on to have a stellar rookie season, topping the KIA rookie ladder for 16 weeks straight out of a possible 20 which led to him unanimously being voted the rookie of the year, capping off an incredible first season for the Slovenian.
