When trying to accomplish a task or a goal, we must be mindful of how we use our energy. At times we push ourselves, even if we lack the energy. Other times we have the energy, but don't use it when we should. Cheetahs are the fastest land animal and capture their prey with short, high energy bursts, then they rest. Be like the cheetah and use your energy wisely. Excessive energy bursts can have devastating effects. Mind your pace and burst when you see an opportunity. Efficiency is key! 🐆🧠🦾
