Why should I save money?

You should save because the money that you save is freedom. 

If you have even two days of expenses in your bank, you can take leave without worrying about a salary cut. 

A few months of expenses means you can look for a new job if you lose your current one. 

With 15 years of expenses, you can leave your job and do what you like even if it doesn't pay much.  

Saving=Freedom!

Therefore, more savings=more freedom.
