Why no more inventions?

Yeah that's true for a while, but not 100% there are inventions happening in our world they may be small, non reachable or something kept secret to the world?

Also the number of inventions over years and decades have reduced...... Is it that humans have discovered or invented every possible thing in the universe?

The answer to this is NO! Then why is there has been a decline over years? There might me several reasons which must sort out.....The young generation is alot more distracted due to social media and spend less time in research work!
