For a minute close your eyes and think about how would you behave the next day when god blesses and solves your problem. After a long time god finally agreed to eliminate your problem(non external). The next day you would not have any idea of your problem. The thoughts about your problem would have completly forgotten. That would mean you would not have any thoughts about it. No thoughts would mean no sentences and words used to construct the sentence. Can you feel how would it feel tomorrow right now

How about not using those words and sentences which has become your daily talks. How about completly banning those sentences and words. How would the thought be created without using those sentences and words. With no thoughts about it whole day how would you remember the problem( non external), if you do not remember the problem today and continue daily where will it go
