I'm sleepless that's why.
Sleepness is common in today's generation.
Here are few ways to tackle it according to me:-
1. Whenever you get free time , take a nap or if not atleast keep your eyes closed.
2. Talk good about people behind their back. Limit gossips to a minimum.
3. Say what's on your mind.Dont hesitate.
4. Pray.
5. Walk in the sunlight.
6. Help others but not upto the level where you feel exhausted and all your work is pending.
7. Be respectful to others.
It seems some of these advices aren't appropriate but i think they do play a significant role in the quality of sleep .
