Have you ever wondered how light was invented? Well, you’re going to find out now.

Well, it all started in 1802. Humphry Davy created light. He was experimenting with electricity and created an electric Battery.  When he connected wires to his battery and a piece of carbon, the carbon glowed, producing light.

Gasoline was discovered nearly 160 years ago as a byproduct of refining crude oil to make kerosene for lighting. There was no use for gasoline at the time, so it was burned at the refinery, converted to a gaseous fuel for gas lights, or simply discarded.
