Naturally dreams are like fictions

They say if your dream doesn't scare you its not big enough

For me if your dreams don't defile logic they ain't dreams just desires, if its not unrealistic what's the point ? Right

When you tell your mind this is my dream when its just a desire you can get in one or two steps, you psychologically make it harder to achieve

Stop classing every goal or desire you have as a dream

Put some respect on yourself

But how do you qualify crazy dreams into realistic goals you can achieve 

Everything starts in the mind

So in your head you gotta be that guy before you're that guy, similarly achieving unthinkable things starts by thinking, imagining and believing

So to almost like enter another dimension where unrealistic become realistic

You have to outgrow the old you

Easier said than done, but we all have a god in us

And entering that state of supremacy is the beginning of great works, so its vital we try our best to win the battles in our heads

it doesn't matter what religion you are what god you believe in, but one thing any smart person knows is that there's an higher power somewhere in the clouds

I am a Christian and Spirituallity is not just reading the bible, its everything

From Praying, Loving, Faith, Scripture, Holy Communion and every other activities especially those perceived sacred

This gives you something to stay grounded in

It open your heart and mind

And it clears way for endless possibilities

Being Spiritual can be defined differently, but believing in something supernatural gives you an edge in life

Mental Stability

What more can be said about mental health. By now everyone should have an alarm to remind them to check up on their mental state

Read books, seek professional help

Do everything you can be in the right state of mind

When your mental health is in check Life is easier and enjoyable

And when you enjoy something progress is monumental and likely

Sucess books say enjoy the process and the results will follow

So yeah please prioritize your health and that includes mental health

Discovering yourself is few steps closer in the right frame of mind

• nature

• Be in control of your emotions dont let them control you
