Why they judge easy on person

Thinking about people why do they have to judge when they have never stood in the position to have a single thought about how people are suffering from their past trauma?

They judge people characterize based on their actions. But what if their action doesn't prove who they are?

People can be so thoughtless sometimes ... They can ignore a person knowing they are suffering from trauma and at the same time pretend they're supporting you.
