Why is school break important

As important as it is to study in school and get some knowledge, it is also important to find our identity and search for who we actually are. School breaks are often misused by students, they would use school breaks to sleep in and donot very productive things. I think in school break, we should be more productive and adapt to a healthier and more functional lifestyle.
