Goals and Dreams | Poem

Beneath the starry, boundless sky,

I ponder life, as time floats by.

With will so strong, I reach for stars,

Yet, stagnant waters, my progress bars.

Inaction's shadow, a silent thrall,

Dreams untamed, behind a wall.

But in this moment, a choice awaits,

To kindle hope, unbar the gates.

With great expectations, I yearn for the grand,

Yet inaction persists, like shifting sand.

Is it folly, this path I've trod?

To dream without action, perhaps, 'tis flawed.
