Arham Ranka's Key Ideas from Grit

Angela Duckworth, the author of the story, starts by saying that success of a person is NOT correlated to their intelligence or how well they performed on a certain test but rather how often they stuck on when things became hard which she goes on to define as GRIT,  an invigorating feeling of pushing through when it matters the most ( when it is hard).

All of us admire geniuses like Isaac Newton or Albert Einstein but when it comes to naming another lesser known individual who has worked maybe even twice as hard we fail to do so, but WHY?

We have to realize that we are DISTRACTED BY TALENT and often times overshadow the rest of things such as working hard or maintaining grit which is just as crucial for gaining clarity and success.
