• Avoid chatting with your friends, family, partner on Messenger Apps
• Use Messenger Apps only as a tool to arrange a meet up
• Call or Video call, instead of texting
• Don't waste your time texting with people you only know from social media. Instead of that, invest your time in people that are part of your real life

Remember:

It is 1000 times better to make a 2 minutes call with a friend of yours, instead of texting 1 hour with him. It is even better to meet up with your friend once a week and drink a black tee together, than text him everyday through the week.
