Analogy: knowledge is like a gun with bullets, Applied Knowledge is like pulling the trigger of that gun to achieve a result. A gun with bullets cannot do anything except the trigger is pulled.

2 phases to Knowledge:

1. Acquisition of Knowledge.

2. Application of that Knowledge.

Knowledge that is acquired but not applied is profitless.
