Often times we would assume a certain answer when we approach a problem with someone. We tend to start a question with "Did you go ahead the plan without me?" This question has limited the listener and speaker to knowing only the outcome without fully understanding why it happened.

The power of 5W (what, why, when, where, who) and 1H (how) provides more insights. Be more curious on the source of the outcome. Next time, try asking "Why did you go ahead the plan without me?" It will give you more insights.
