HAVE A CLEAR SCHEDULE:

We have 24 hours * 365 days in our hands in that period of time having a clear schedule( A Physically written one) to do on a daily basis, be consistent on following with the schedule. I know it's very difficult task to handle between the work and personal life or playing games or Netflix on a nap time ..🤪

STICK TO IT:

Let me make it clear that if you have a schedule just stick to it. Following a schedule make it a habit. Many distractions will be there but be strong on one mantra that is 'will do anything won't be stopping'

Just writing our daily schedule and striking the schedule will be fun 😝 ... I tried my self and it works 💯
