1. Keep a journal

Writing in a journal grants you the opportunity to have one-on-one conservation with yourself. A journal is not a diary. A diary is a place where you recorded events, while a journal is where you analyze and evaluate them.

2. Let the brightness enter your life

Thinking about all those obligations that you wish never happened to you is actually obstructing all the things you want to appear from invading your life.

WINNERS NEVER QUITS AND QUITERS NEVER WINS

It is always difficult to start because the start is the main and the most important step to begin.

Sometimes you give up easily.

But here is a simple tip to avoid it.

When it feels like quitting think why you started it to prove all the people wrong who don't believe in you.

Who will cry when you die -Robin Sharma

I remember I had a strange gut feeling after I took my physics test, not because I din't do good but rather why couldn't I do any better than before. As my eyes went damp and numb, I knew I was questioning my potential way more than a normal day.

I needed time and space, but these two factors in a fixed environment such as a school is nearly impossible to find. As I walked past the corridor and realized we had a LIBRARY!

I tried to fix up my unkempt hair, and went inside, sat at the corner of the table, as I looked around; my eyes glanced on this book, since then I've never known the end.
