At first undoubtedly it may look like asuras are bad.
But it was the Devetas that ran away with all the nectar without giving Asuras their part.
Asuras were not Knowledgeable to extract the nectar but with the help of Devetas it was possible and Asuras have also their share in that.
----------------------------------------------------In conclusion, for something there is no black or white answer.
Sometimes it's a lot complicated than it seems.
