Keep a list with all the tasks you have to do, and rewrite that list with different colors, writing with the same tasks that have something in common, not about the subject but about the matter.

Perpetually shifting your focus between different tasks can add up to a whole lot of wasted time. Shifting between tasks causes temporary mental barriers, depleting our productivity by as much as 40%.
Write those down on another small list of small tasks, for later.
Set a time (30 minutes or so) to batch process these tasks sometime later in the day (perhaps 4 p.m.). Do your most important tasks first, and then do all the small tasks at the same time.
We need to think with the perspective of “whose task is this?” and separate our own tasks from other people’s tasks. This is called separation of tasks. You should not worry about or intrude on other people’s tasks.
