A Child's subconscious mind records every action, whether how to talk, how to behave, how to walk, etc. From their surrounding. Some child becomes a bully because of the same reason which they have seen in their surroundings in childhood.
When a child comes to that age when they have been able to comprehend between right or wrong advice. They must have questioned whatever has been taught to them and tries to change from within when they think that something wrong was taught to them in childhood.
