Step to manage :
1. Online during break only to maintain focus on work.
2. Set objective. Is it to check out a friend? To read specific news from a page?
3. Set timer.
4. Have clear actions you want to avoid ; commenting a page, debating, things that don't benefit you and are not part of your goal.
If you are one of those whose mind keep thinking after log out of social media, its best at all not to get on. With or without it makes little difference.
