And it takes lots of efforts to conquer the fear. Basic rule is don’t run away from it FACE IT and observe Why you have this fear? Where it came? What can you do practically to conquer the fear? Is it your lack of understanding or you should take some action. If you aware of all the questions and improve your understanding or take action in some cases, you can conquer your fear and eventually your mental pain.
